I looking for VPS up to 10$/month, somewhere in Europe(better country, not in The Fourteen Eyes alliance), for which I can pay with Monero, without any identification(with passport or anything else).

    Hetzner covers all of the above except the Monero payment option. Would a prepaid Mastercard do the job for you? I think you can buy them in cash without identification.

      Both MasterCard and Visa now have ways for companies to ascertain if a card is a single use/prepaid card and block these from being used for recurring payments.

      You won’t be able to even use a single use Revolut for this.

        I think you misunderstood my comment. A prepaid Mastercard can be bought at many gas stations or supermarkets and allows you to pay online at places that only accept credit cards without actually having one.
