Lemmy doesn’t offer an option to choose the type of site it’s connecting to (ultimately they are all talking with the same protocol, just displaying data different).

However, you can run Lemmy in whitelist mode. You add instances that are allowed to federate and others are not.

You’d have to block them all or whitelist everything you want.
