switched back my Gentoo installation to #eudev.

@linuxmemes switched back my Gentoo installation to #eudev.
#systemd annoying me even when i’m not using systemd.
At this time systemd-utils package shitted sysctl with some default option, breaking sysrq for no reason, making me sure kernel is deadlocked completely, so even sysrq+b does not work.
and finally, it stopped changing local ip address every reboot!

I’ll take this as another chit adding corroboration of having chosen well to avoid it. Annoying as is from the outside, wasn’t about to turn-coat and join them. Glad to have explorers like you to report back.
