I mean, you could always just use assembly on a computer you built from components, right? If your high level language takes extra skill and attention to use and doesn’t make up for it somehow (like Rust and C/C++ with speed) then it’s IMO a bad language.
I mean most languages are fully capable of everything you need to do and it’s just a skill issue. People do crazy shit with scratch somehow
