    It’s literally language. If you use it as an adjective, it is literally how it’s meant to be used:

    “A female coworker” ✅

    “A co-worker who is a woman” ✅

    “A woman coworker” ⛔

    “A co-worker who is a female” ⛔

    You’re just a misandrist masquerading as a feminist.
