    Rage without an outlet only hurts you, and the reason you’re enraged is because “this isn’t how it’s supposed to be”. It’s not, you’re right, but it’s how it is. Being enraged does not change that.

    It’s time to stop being enraged. It’s time to start being prepared, observant, and resolute.

      It’s time to start being prepared, observant, and resolute.

      To be fair, you can use the energy of your rage and pour it into becoming prepared, observant, and resolute. It doesn’t have to be an either or.

        That’s kind of what I meant. The alternatives are the outlet. But it’s also important to try to channel it such that you are calm and focused. Seething rage will have you making mistakes.
