I was watching a video where a guy stated that the Brazilian passports is one of the most valuable in the black market. And one of the reasons is that anyone can ‘look’ Brazilian, the country is a mix of all races. We have from Nazi Germans to Lebaneses, Nigerians and Japaneses. If I hold a passport from Singapore, people will find strange. But Brazilian, no problem.

I wonder what is the reason why the Brazilian passport isn’t as accepted around the world as others, is it based on fears from drug trafficking? Is it from not wanting too many immigrants? Racism or something entirely different I’m not imagining as a possibility? There’s logic behind these decisions and I’m really curious what it is

Weak international relationships, trade agreements and drugs is my loose understanding. But I’m not Brazilian so I only have a faint passing understanding of Brazilian politics.
