    The Virginia Senate is getting on about states’ rights again. They issued UVA an ultimatum: if UVA accepts the Trump compact, they lose all state funding.

      That is an awesome and admirable move. Even if Trump was right he shouldn’t be dictating what state universities do.

        Even if the state university wants to discriminate against black people? The federal government does control funds for compliance with things like civil rights.
