Yeah it’s shit. Near my parents there is a bunch of old housing commission houses. 1 bedroom houses that are bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments. They need to build them with more space stacked up. Do that all around inner city train and tram stops and you get a lot of desirable supply.
This is the problem. They should be mandated into the build. At least half the building is 3,4&5 bedroom apartments
