    Science clearly needs a stronger lobby.

    Yeah, but that’s so elitist to rely on things like facts, science and evidence.

    Asimov says it eloquently, JR “Bob” Dobbs is much more blunt:

    “Act like a dumbshit and they’ll treat you like an equal.”

      Who was the general who said after the Civil War something very similar to Asimov? Something along the lines that the next Civil War in the US would be fought by the anti intellectuals against those who care about facts and the truth.
