Then, after nine long years of work the homeowner comes to you and says that he’s actually going to sell the summer house, and that deal where you can use the pool? Yeah not any more. But the new owners might let you look at it! Through the fence. Oh and also he doesn’t like the tradies, so they’re going to need to go.
