    Framing things as accidents exonerate the type of neglect that has lethal consequences. It’s time to retire the term in the context of traffic violence.

        At some point there’s a line though where it’s not an accident but a certainty, and only a matter of time.

        Same reason pointing a gun at people is generally frowned upon.

          In my country we have “endangering traffic safety” as a crime. You can be guilty of it either intentionally or due to negligence towards road rules and laws.
