I feel like it’s been like this for a long time now.

IDK how they try to reach to electors, but “second generation immigrants” is absolutely far-right bs.

How do they suck? Sounds flimsy to be sure about something without providing evidence or really any arguments.
Sí, esas mamadas qué?
I’m okay with both opinions of capitalism as evil or not. The American healthcare system is, sorry, it is dogshit. No one should be living under that system, it’s only better than nothing at all, I guess.
True. But it only matters if you are alive. Look, I’m not trying to be cynical, we have both systems in Mexico, and I’ve experienced both as a client. I’m all for public healthcare, but if it doesn’t work, it’s only a pretty idea. On the private side, yeah it’s fucking expensive, but it kind of works for the ones who can afford it. Just to be clear, we agree.

Okay ñ_ñ

Relax. I was just correcting your wrong statement about it being just “a media streaming application” by adding the sever part bit.
I think it’s important to point out that this was for the formalized workers, not for all the actual workers. As all this decades past, less and less workers were recipients of social benefits, including healthcare. Work informality became an ally of cheap parallel healthcare systems as it became the new normal. This is not enacting dead laws only, the president is trying to fix the loophole between formalized workers and actual workers by truly universalizing healthcare to everyone, worker or not.
You can always come to Mexico to learn. Just try to avoid highly gentrified areas and you’ll be fine. We are always happy to assist foreign people.
I voted her for this kind of policies, but reality is not that simple. Public healthcare costs a lot of money, and current facilities and personnel are in the stone age. I wouldn’t go to any public healthcare facility right now as my first choice. At least not where I live. Sustained investment and vigilance are key, and I hope that by the end of her mandate we will have something we could call a proper public healthcare system, not yet a decent one, but an existing one.

It is a server application too that can be installed in old hardware serving media to many clients, not only the jellyfin app.

Jellyfin is quite great for me right now. Check it out https://jellyfin.org/
A Bugs Bunny-esque kiss would do.

I used to make use of a 64 GB RAM machine that still swapped like crazy, because I’m a shitty programmer (not really my field). I totally destroyed my SSD by swapping daily huge amounts of data, but the thing survived the whole process. Of course it died, but under normal circumstances I can’t see why people would be preoccupied for wearing their SSDs.

I wouldn’t have a problem if it was only 100 MB. The problem is when a couple of programs amount for several GB of dependencies. I still use flatpaks, but can’t have this in general. Flatpaks are more like extremely exceptional in my systems.

He really, absolutely loved her, and she did love him profoundly back. After this, it gets complicated. Maybe she couldn’t bear knowing he was having sex relationships with men. Maybe the issue was the AIDS wave from one or both of their perspectives; Freddy wouldn’t risk her or she wouldn’t risk herself. Maybe she demanded monogamy and he couldn’t give her that. It’s complicated.

I find it ironic that every top comment author seems to feel the urge to point out why it’s actually different, but never question the point. I’m also sick of people telling me there’s no turning back, like, yeah, you do you, bro. My life is great without social networks, which are not going anywhere I guess.

It’s not. You can still buy from the others if you want to be treated like shit, excepting GOG, in my opinion. Consoles are true monopolies, because you can only choose if you want to buy a console and marry to its store, now that physical media is becoming a rarity.
They have a big fraction of the market because they are efficient at selling what people want. I don’t like it, I believe Newell, specifically, is profiting greedily from Valve’s situation, but shit, this is not even a natural monopoly.
Cry me a river. Try an ML account.
