Twitches harder

I was playing it on Xbox One. Not a hacker. So was definitely not overclocking the hardware to juice the game.

I was playing third person and yeah I guess you could call it motion sickness. I didn’t bother diagnosing it beyond trying a few more times and coming out with an absolutely crushing sickness feeling. I even tried going first person and it didn’t help.

And yeah, the graphics being weird and blocky and old school being the cause? It felt weird.

Have played Tomb 2, Shadow Warrior, Carmagegeddon. Never felt this feeling. Never felt it with any other game either. Well, except with the Oculus Rift 2. That definitely made me pukish.

First time I was actually pukish. Like, a switch flipped while playing the game one day and I just couldn’t sit with the game any more.

After doing some research on the art style and choices of the makers, it was irritation and a general gross feeling along with the pukishness.

The PS2 one. And yes, I know Skyrim looks janky af. I still play to this day and I feel fine. I was looking at the clip of Fallout 4 the other day and it made me nauseous! Makes me irritated that I paid good money for it on the Xbox One way back when.

I’ve played Skyrim twice over. I’ve finished GTA Vice City. I’ve finished the first God of War. I’ve finished Far Cry… 4? The Nepal one.

Yes. Though it didn’t happen initially. It just developed over time with that game and after a point I couldn’t play a single minute without feeling nauseous.

Fair about the tv show. But the game made me nauseous and a few google searches did show me that others felt it too. I wanted to do finish the game. But I physically couldn’t.

Oh well.

Also, yeah I’m not a fan of the zombie genre in general.

Thank you for the explanation. As for the games and show - I have played Fallout 4 but the mandatory garish graphics made me pukish and I left the game at about 25% done. Never went back to it. Felt very stupid that they would choose to make the graphics bad as a theme of the game when I was playing on the Xbox One, specially when a lot of people report that the game makes them pukish.

As for the show… the no nose guy creeps me out. That’s why I didn’t bother with the show.

They should use Fable to find hacks that work

Basically, if you put up a fake “future AI product” on there, meme-ify it, blast social media and HackerNews with it, and get people talking about it, regardless of whether it’s good talk or shit talk, you can sell it to some idiot VC for $25000000.
