TLDR: The gist is that Carney is declaring an end to the old world order and since Canada can’t afford to go it alone they will be seeking new friends, trade-partners, coalitions and massive economic investment in itself. He never mentions the U.S. outright but the entire speech is a veiled rebuke of Trumps entire approach to international relations most important of which was him declaring Canada’s commitment to stand with Greenland.

over the years i’ve had trouble with the various app stores like Discover and Pop!_Shop which for me led to the use of the terminal. other than that there is the occasional permissions issue that may have a graphical solution but i’ve always used chown on the command line.
