I don’t think I’ve thought about this episode in like 30 years. Yet I can hear the line like it was yesterday.
A lot of my favorites are already on Nebula. I’d ask the rest to follow but that would require a google account.
Ceramic rocks. Pebbles, even.
Irish people were among the most oppressed white minorities back in the day.
Most of the Irish Americans I know are just keen on dishing it back out to whatever Other they can target. I’m also related to most of the Irish Americans I know, so take that as you will.
I think there are more “allegedly” uses in this one article than in the entirety of MSM Luigi coverage.
I watched this teardown the other day. When the first tool to reach for is a heat gun… bloody hell.
And fuck Jon Schaffer in particular.
Maybe it depends on what I want to happen when that load spike comes.
I don’t know what they wanted to happen, but at my old place the load spike overloaded the UPS units.
Me: “we really shouldn’t be running these at 85 90 95%.”
Brass: “That’s not 100. Find room to ingest this company we bought when the CEO made a friend at a circlejerk.”
Overnight server update check: blip
UPS: Bypass mode, bitches!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I liked a lot of things better before Trump became president again.

I’m not a huge fan of the Warriors format, but I had a good enough time with AoC. Some of the cut scenes gave me chills. I’m a little fuzzy about the DLC. I got it, and enjoyed it (don’t think I finished all of it), but I’m not sure I’d call it crucial. It’s just more game. It’s gone on sale a handful of times for the patient gamers out there. I’d wait until you’re done with the core game before trying to decide. If you’re still flowing, go for it. If you’ve had enough, let it be.
Been kinda wanting to pick it back up since Age of Imprisonment was revealed.
Please don’t. There’s plenty of perfectly good electronics that can be ripped out and re-purposed, which will just release toxic fumes if burned.
Just hose everything down with a little salt water and let chemistry work its magic.
Even the undercarriage looks like it hasn’t fully loaded into the environment.
I love the fact that the channel evolved from dunking on the uninformed public to full blown documentaries.
Huh, have only ever seen the final form of this one. Didn’t realize there was a progression.
except for the AC compressor, which the generator actually would have had enough power to run, but not to kick-start.
This sentence triggered my PTSD. Imagine, if you will, a world where executives insist that datacenter AC be put on UPS battery. A world where those same executives declare that a different datacenter is just fine running at 95% power capacity because “it’s not 100%.” A world where inrush current does not exist. Except it does exist, but all professional advice is ignored until there are consequences. And even after such consequences are realized, one of those same executives still tries to run his home sump pump off of a desktop UPS during a power outage, pops it immediately, then goes and gets another from the office, which also pops immediately.
The sign in OP’s post will always be relevant somewhere.
I hate Windows. I will always fondly remember XP and Win 7. Windows 7 should’ve been the last Windows.
Windows 7 was the first and last version that I didn’t immediately (and lastingly) despise. Something something stopped clocks etc.
To be fair, about 8 LA remakes would fit inside the original LA cartridge.
But none of them are cute anime kids. Zero stars, do not recommend.
