Enforcement was already on the rise before Trump’s inauguration. Now street sellers are avoiding any risk of getting a criminal ticket that could make them ICE targets.

I’m suddenly reminded of the tons of Mexican food trucks we have around here. I’m just hoping that people are safe here in ultra-progressive Seattle, but realistically I know that our city and state can only do so much to protect people. I’m putting a lot of faith in our new governor, who sued Trump some hundred-ish times (literally) in his previous role as attorney general.
Restaurants are gonna go to shit. Any place worth it’s salt always have mexican music blastin from the kitchen.
