Worked in a lvl 2 mental health facility for 2 years as the animal manager, so I only tangentially worked with patients; I just managed the staff interactions with the animals. The people that worked in patient facing roles were some of the sketchiest people I’ve ever met. Some were former patients of the very worksite. The general theme was that I was shocked that none of the employees were qualified to be there, and in some cases, employed in general.
